WHO AM I?

I’m Jeny Benitez, the Modern Agent with Fathom Realty MD. My Real Estate clients know me for bringing them a clipboard with property details and their favorite coffee order to showings, dropping off pizza on moving day, or helping buyers strategize how to get an accepted offer in a competitive market.

When I’m not working you’ll probably find me at TJ Maxx or Home Goods browsing the home decor section, behind the camera taking photos of everything, including my children (when they let me), finding our next vacation spot, reading the latest thriller, or browsing Pinterest for more home design inspiration and my next DIY projects.

People mostly know me for: My family – We are always up to something and/or stuffing our faces at a new restaurant. My DIY projects – I’m basically a Pinterest queen so if you need any ideas, just email me! My Aldi hauls – I’m always finding the newest items and trying all of them. I love their Aisle of Shame (AOS), where I can always find a seasonal item that I don’t need. Don’t even get me started on their wine deals! My book obsession – I’m almost always reading or listening to 2-3 books at a time. My favorites are thrillers and suspense. And my love of binge-watching series on every streaming platform. I can’t help it!
